Mega Roulette Madness – Terms & Conditions

The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins - ‘Mega Roulette Madness” Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) for Pragmatic Play’s operators (the “Operator(s)”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider. The Network Promotion shall run from 6th of March 2024 to 5th of March 2025 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play’s network and the game shows (the “Participating game types”). By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these terms and conditions shall be subject to and be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Software Licence Agreement entered between Pragmatic Play and the Operator. Any capitalized terms contained herein which are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling industry.

• This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. The prize pool is shared across the network of Operators which opt in to this Network Promotion.

• The Network Promotion includes daily prize drops (as described below) and/or one-day tournaments (as described below) (collectively or individually referred to as the “Promotional Mechanics*”), which will be held weekly exclusively on the selected game shows (the “Participating Game(s)**”) for the duration of the Network Promotion Term, as follows:

• Between 6th of March 2024 and 5th of June 2024, the Promotion will run exclusively on Mega Wheel (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:

• A total of seventy-eight (78) daily prize drops (each a “Mega Wheel Prize Drop”), with each Mega Wheel Prize Drop running from every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except on Fridays during the Promotional Term when the Friday Mega Tournament is scheduled.
• A total of thirteen (13) one-day tournaments (each a “Friday Mega Tournament”), with each Friday Mega Tournament running from every Friday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET during the Promotional Term.

• Between 5th of June 2024 and 4th of September 2024, the Promotion will run exclusively on Lucky 6 Roulette (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:

• A total of seventy-eight (78) daily prize drops (each a “Lucky 6 Prize Drop”), with each Lucky 6 Prize Drop running from every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except on Fridays during the Promotional Term when the Friday Mega Tournament is scheduled.
• A total of thirteen (13) one-day tournaments (each a “Friday Mega Tournament”), with each Friday Mega Tournament running from every Friday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET during the Promotional Term.

• Between 4th of September 2024 and 16th of October 2024, the Promotion will run exclusively on Snakes & Ladders Live (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:

• A total of forty-two (42) daily prize drops (each a “Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drop”), with each Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drop running daily from every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET.

• Between 16th of October 2024 and 8th of January 2025, the Promotion will run exclusively on Mega Roulette (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:

• A total of seventy-two (72) daily prize drops (each a “Mega Roulette Prize Drop”), with each Mega Roulette Prize Drop running from every Wednesday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Wednesday at 18:59 CEST/CET, except on Fridays during the Promotional Term when the Friday Mega Tournament is scheduled.
• A total of twelve (12) one-day tournaments (each a “Friday Mega Tournament”), with each Friday Mega Tournament running from every Friday at 19:01 CEST/CET to the following Saturday at 18:59 CEST/CET during the Promotional Term.

*The Promotional Mechanics may be subject to change during the Promotion Term at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the Operators one (1) month before implementation.

• During the Promotion Term, each prize drop and/or tournament will be referred individually as a promotion (“Promotion”).

• To participate in any Promotion, players must open the Participating Game and join/opt in.

• The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is four million one hundred and sixty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 4,160,000).

• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Promotion shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.

• The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table further below.

• All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term will be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.

• In order to be eligible to participate in a Promotion, a player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum of twenty Euro cents (€0.20)* or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).

• *Exceptions may apply to Argentina, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of eighteen Euro cents (€0.18).

• Only the first three hundred and fifty (350) Qualifying Bets* within each Promotion (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.

• *Exceptions may apply to the Qualifying Bets Limit throughout the Promotion Term. Such exception is applied to Mega Roulette Madness, where only the first one hundred (100) Qualifying Bets within each Promotion will be counted towards the Qualifying Bets Limit. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.

• The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the Participating Game. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

• Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the Participating Game.

• Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• Players may win prizes during the Network Promotion Term according to the mechanics described below:

Mega Wheel Prize Drops Mechanics:

• To qualify in a Mega Wheel Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.

• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Promotion.

• A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Mega Wheel Prize Drop.

• The random Mega Wheel Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the participating games. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

• The Mega Wheel Prize Drops will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the selected promotional dates.

1. A player must join or opt-in to the Mega Wheel Prize Drop and must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.
2. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Wheel Prize Drop period.
3. A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.

• To qualify in a Friday Mega Tournament, a player must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.

• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their final position in the leaderboard, when each Friday Mega Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.

• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the player’s score. The score is based on the total amount of points accumulated on the Participating Game as the sum of all win multipliers relative to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period.
Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
Score = ((Win*USD conversion) / (bet*USD conversion))
Player places a bet of €1 and wins €50 => Score = ((€50 * 1.08) / (€1 *1.08)) = 50
Player places a bet of €5 and wins €1,000 => Score = ((€1,000 * 1.08) / (€5 * 1.08)) = 200
Player final score will be 200 + 50 = 250

• The leaderboard is updated in real-time, and players can view the real-time leaderboard in-game at any time of their own choosing when playing the participating games.

• In the event that two (2) or more players finish a Daily Tournament in the same position on the leaderboard, the player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.

1. A player must join/opt-in to the Participating Game. 
2. To qualify in a Daily Tournament, a player must place a real money bet with at least the required Qualifying Bet amount in any of the available currencies in the Participating Game.
3. A player will rank on the leaderboard based on the total amount of points accumulated on the Participating Game as all wins multiplier to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period. 
4. The prizes will be distributed to players based on the final score shown on the in-game leaderboard by the end of each Friday Mega Tournament.
5. The leaderboard is built in the participating game/s and updates in real-time. Each player will see his/her progress listed as “You” among the other players’ Tournament IDs. 

• To be eligible to participate in the Mega Wheel Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments (as described above), a player shall be required to place a Qualifying Bet according to the following terms and conditions.

• All bets placed before the maximum number of bets is reached and bets that satisfy the required Qualifying Bet amount or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) will be eligible for the Mega Wheel Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments.

• A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for both applicable Friday Mega Tournaments and Mega Wheel Prize Drops simultaneously.

• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Wheel Prize Drop period.

Participating Game: Mega Wheel

• Win criteria: Any real money bet placed with the required minimum stake in the Participating Game may trigger a random cash prize.

• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of thirty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 30,000) in total, an expected daily prize pool of five thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 5,000) across five hundred (500) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the sum of their win multipliers in relation to the bet amount (win/bet).

• Prizes: Expected prize pool of fifty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 50,000) across five thousand (5,000) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

Lucky 6 Prize Drops Mechanics:

• To qualify in a Lucky 6 Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet in the Participating Game.

• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Promotion.

• A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Lucky 6 Prize Drop.

• The random Lucky 6 Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the Participating Game. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

• The Lucky 6 Prize Drops will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the selected promotional dates.

1. A player must join or opt-in to the Lucky 6 Prize Drop and must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.

2. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Lucky 6 Prize Drop period.

3. A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.

• To qualify in a Friday Mega Tournament, a player must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.

• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their final position in the leaderboard, when each Friday Mega Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.

• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of thirty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 30,000) in total, and an expected daily prize pool of five thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 5,000) across five hundred (500) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the sum of their win multipliers in relation to the bet amount (win/bet).

• Prizes: Expected prize pool of fifty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 50,000) across five thousand and (5,000) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• Win criteria: Any real money bet placed with the required minimum stake in the Participating Game may trigger a random cash prize.

• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of sixty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 60,000) in total, and an expected daily prize pool of ten thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 10,000) across one thousand (1,000) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the sum of their win multipliers in relation to the bet amount (win/bet).

• Prizes: Expected prize pool of twenty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 20,000) across two thousand and (2,000) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• To qualify in a Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet in the Participating Game.

• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Promotion.

• A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drop.

• The random Snakes & Ladders Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the Participating Game. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

3. A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.

• To be eligible to participate in the Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drops, a player shall be required to place a Qualifying Bet according to the following terms and conditions:

• All bets placed before the maximum number of bets is reached and satisfy the required minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) will be eligible in the Snakes & Ladders Daily Prize Drops.

• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Lucky 6 Prize Drop period.

Participating Game: Snakes & Ladders Live

• Win criteria: Any real money bet placed with the required minimum stake in the Participating Game may trigger a random cash prize.

• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of twenty-two thousand and five hundred Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 22,500) in total, and an expected daily prize pool of three thousand and seven hundred-and fifty Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 3,750) across three hundred (300) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• To qualify in a Mega Roulette Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet in the Participating Game.

• One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Promotion.

• A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Mega Roulette Prize Drop.

• The random Mega Roulette Prize Drops rules and prize tables are built in the participating game. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.

• The Mega Roulette Prize Drops will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 18:59 CEST/CET or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the selected promotional dates.

1. A player must join or opt-in to the Mega Roulette Prize Drop and must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.

2. Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Roulette Prize Drop period.

3. A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.

• To qualify in a Friday Mega Tournament, a player must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.

• Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their final position in the leaderboard, when each Friday Mega Tournament ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on the player’s total score.

• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with the player’s score. The score is based on the total amount of points accumulated on the Participating Game as the sum of all win multipliers relative to their bet amount during a Friday Mega Tournament period.

• To be eligible to participate in the Mega Roulette Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments, a player shall be required to place a Qualifying Bet according to the following terms and conditions:

• All bets placed before the maximum number of bets is reached and satisfy the required minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s), will be eligible in the Mega Roulette Prize Drops and Friday Mega Tournaments.

• A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible for both applicable Friday Mega Tournaments and Mega Roulette Prize Drops simultaneously.

• Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Mega Roulette Prize Drop period.

Participating Game: Mega Roulette

• Win criteria: Any real money bet placed with the required minimum stake in the Participating Game may trigger a random cash prize.

• Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of one hundred and five thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 105,000) in total, and an expected daily prize pool of seventeen thousand and five hundred Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 17,500) across one thousand and five hundred (1,500) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• Win criteria: Players will be awarded points based on the sum of their win multipliers in relation to the bet amount (win/bet).

• Prizes: Expected prize pool of twenty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 20,000) across two thousand and (2,000) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

• In order to take part in the Network Promotion, Operators must opt in during the Network Promotion Term. Players are required to join/opt-in in a game.

• In order to qualify for the Network Promotion, the Operator shall i) place at least one (1) banner with the main logo of the Promotion on its site(s); ii) include the “Drops & Wins” logo to the Participating Game; and iii) the Participating Game needs to be placed within the first three (3) positions in the Live Casino lobby. Additionally, three (3) email newsletters must be sent to inform players about the Network Promotions throughout the Network Promotion Term.

• The “Drops & Wins” logo or name and/or any other Pragmatic Play marketing material shall not be changed, altered, or modified in any way, unless expressly authorised in writing by Pragmatic Play.

• Components of the dedicated Network Promotion promo pack must be used on the Operators’ site(s), in newsletters and other media including social media.

• Where applicable, it shall be the responsibility of the platform provider to ensure all Operators opt into the Network Promotion. Pragmatic Play will be held harmless for the failure of the Operator to opt into the Network Promotion.

• Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, in its discretion, amend at any time.

• Pragmatic Play shall pay out an estimated four million one hundred and sixty thousand Euros/British Pounds Sterling (€/£ 4,160,000) in aggregate for the Network Promotion during the Network Promotion Term.

• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.

• It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that Pragmatic Play‘s products and services comply with the applicable laws of the countries in which the participating game is offered to players.

• In-game tool languages: Arabic, Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

• In-game tool currency: Pragmatic Play’s games support all currencies included in the standard currency system ISO 4217 (“Available Currency”).

• The minimum bet currency equivalent is to be found in a separate document attached in the dedicated Drops & Wins section for the Network Promotion called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion.

• The currency conversion rates equivalent is to be found in a separate document attached in the dedicated Drops & Wins section for the Network Promotion called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, then a system conversion rate locked in for the period of a Promotion will be used instead. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.

• The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.

• Prize pay-outs may either be provided manually or automatically. This is dependent on the Operator's method of integration.

• The Operator which has a manual pay-out of the prizes shall pay-out the winnings (fixed cash amount) prizes manually.

• The Operator which has automatic pay-out of the prizes will have the winnings (fixed cash amount prizes) paid out automatically to the player's cash balance.

• Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.

• An Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the relevant Promotion.

• Pragmatic Play will reimburse all Operators of any amounts paid to winning players who opt for cash prizes by deducting such amounts from the relevant Operator’s invoice. Pragmatic Play will deduct any amounts for cash prizes according to the conversion of such amounts in EUR currency.

• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to thoroughly review players activities to identify any potential abuse. Pragmatic Play may require the Operator’s assistance in this review from a risk management perspective and to ensure fair play within our Network Promotion. If the review indicates abusive behaviour, Pragmatic Play reserves the right to forfeit any amounts paid to winning players, which will be communicated to the Operator and will not be deducted from the Operator's invoice.

• Any players located in Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden, and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.

• If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
