To support responsible gaming, we offer flexible Personal Limits. Simply reach out to [email protected] to set up any of these limits:

Deposit Limit – Limits the amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
Loss Limit – Caps potential losses for a chosen period (day, week, or month). Note that it is calculated from the original deposit amount, not additional winnings. Imagine you deposit €20 and set a Loss Limit of €20. If you then win €500, the loss limit is still based on your original €20 deposit. So you could still lose more than €20 from the balance, as the limit is based on the amount you initially deposited, not your winnings within the reset period.
Wager Limit – Controls the total amount wagered per day, week, or month.
Session Limit – Sets a limit on the time spent playing in minutes.
Cooling-Off Period – Pauses deposits, bets and promotions (although you can still log in). This break takes effect immediately, and your account reactivates once it ends.

To manage the limits, simply reach out our customer support team. They will lower your limits anytime, and it will take effect right away. However, if you want to increase or remove a limit, that will happen after 24 hours from your request.

The only exception is for the deposit limit set to 1 EUR / USD / etc. In that case, you will need to wait six months before you can increase or remove the limit.

Here is a breakdown of the available account limits to help manage your play:

Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits to help you stick to a budget.
Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break; you will be unable to deposit and receive promos, though withdrawals are still available. Once it ends, access is restored automatically. Note, the cooling-off limit does not restrict you from placing a Sportsbook bet if you still have an available balance.
Self-Exclusion: For a longer-term break, self-exclusion fully restricts account access, deposits, and withdrawals until the period ends.

Note: Limits are not currently applicable for Sportsbook bets, so be sure to track that activity separately!

Need a break from gambling?

If you feel like taking a time-out from gaming, you can request a Self-Exclusion, which will block your access to your account and stop all promotional emails. You can choose to be excluded for six months, nine months, a year, three years, or indefinitely. The restriction kicks in right away.

If you are self-excluded, you will not be able to log into your account or withdraw your balance unless you reach out to our customer support team. They will assist you with the withdrawal process within a reasonable timeframe. Keep in mind that verification procedures still apply for withdrawing funds.

If you would like to lift the restriction, you will need to contact our customer support team via email.

If you want to permanently and irrevocably quit gambling, you can request a comprehensive self-exclusion by contacting the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. After submitting your request, they will contact you to verify your identity and confirm details. Once verified, the self-exclusion will apply across all casinos licensed by the Commission. The exclusion will be effective as of the Time Stamp provided by the Commission.

A Comprehensive Self-Exclusion Request is permanent and irrevocable. Once submitted and processed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, you will be excluded from all casinos licensed by the Commission, and this decision cannot be undone. Make sure you are absolutely certain before proceeding, as this action cannot be reversed.
